Business Analyst

Do you take pride in your analytical and organizational skills?
Are you interested in business and technology?

If so, you might want to consider becoming a Business Analyst (BA). Business Analysts act as professional advisors in charge of maintaining and improving the structure of a business. They also find ways in which information technology (IT) can be used to better an organization. BAs must remain in constant contact with management and shareholders while establishing achievable ways to reach business goals, performing market research, report on risks, and introducing new technical solutions. There is no pre-defined path to becoming a Business Analyst, however, having a knack for technology or an existing background in business is a great head start for any aspiring BA. Business Analysts may work for a variety of industries and often specialize in a specific area (i.e. manufacturing, not-for-profit, retail, construction etc.)
